Purpose: To answer all calls, providing residents with information and guidance on ongoing works. The role is responsible for addressing queries, offering updates on scheduled works and following standard procedures to ensure consistency in responses. The role includes basic administrative tasks such as logging calls, updating records and escalating issues when necessary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls and verifying information.
  • Resolve customer problems.
  • Take notes of conversations and record on the internal company IT System.
  • Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Call Centre Team Manager or Customer Service Manager.
