We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plasterer Multi-Trade to join a dedicated in-house disrepair team supporting a leading residential developer and housing association. This role covers East London & Essex.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of plastering maintenance repairs and decorating to occupied social housing properties, including plaster boarding, bond set, rendering, finishing, and patch plastering.
- Confidently undertaking painting and decorating tasks and, ideally, performing other complementary trades to support plastering, painting, and decorating work.
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions and provide electronic updates on work completed or scheduled.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be provided)
