We are working with a well-established local contractor that specialises in social housing maintenance, who are seeking an experienced Plumber to join their team. This is a great long-term opportunity to deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance across domestic properties in Staines-upon-Thames.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
- Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
