Job Title: Demolition Site Supervisor
Location: Kensington | Job Type: Full Time | Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise demolition crews and daily site operations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments
- Communicate progress, issues, and timelines to project management
- Read and interpret project plans, permits, and schedules
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
- Enforce quality control and productivity standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in demolition or construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of demolition methods, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations (certifications a plus)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- CCDO Certificate required
