Service & Breakdown Engineer – Housing Association (North & East London)We\’re looking for an experienced Service and Breakdown Engineer to join our client, supporting housing association properties across North and East London.

What\’s on offer

£42,500 basic salary

Company van and fuel card provided

Optional call-out rota – earn an additional £10,000-£18,000 per year

Stable, long-term work with a respected housing provider

Requirements

Proven experience in servicing and breakdowns (domestic housing)

Relevant gas qualifications (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)

Full UK driving licence
