Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent opportunity with one of the most well established Quantity Surveying practices in Birmingham. This is a privately owned, owner managed Construction Consultancy that can boast several decades of experience in professional practice. Over this time they have evolved into a highly dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering both Quantity Surveying services as well as Project Management and Building Consultancy. They have developed and maintained an excellent client base with repeat business still a high factor in their workload. As this has recently grown they are now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join their Birmingham office. Much of their current work is for a number of developers including several commercial and industrial schemes which include development led infrastructure, Section 278 works and remediation right through to the new build. The successful candidate will therefore need some experience within these sectors as well as experience of the Employers Agent role. You should have strong PQS / Cost Consultancy experience ideally in commercial sectors such as industrial / commercial / residential new build.
