Salary: GBP50000 - GBP60000 per annum + 30 days holiday + BH, bonus

Job Type: Permanent

Start date: ASAP or notice period

Location: Hull (will require nationwide travel and staying away)

Hours: 40 hours (occasional Saturdays required)

We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for an experienced Site Manager to work on modular projects for a modular/offsite company. This role will involve working away (expenses paid) and is working for a growing company with an ever increasing pipeline of work.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering all construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies
  • Working to RAMS
  • Monitoring quality and progress
  • Coordinating direct and indirect (subcontractor) personnel
  • Leading and delivering against the project programme
  • Liaison with internal departments
  • Ensuring high-quality records / reports / paperwork are maintained and completed in a timely fashion
  • Regular liaison and site updates with the Contracts Manager
  • Regular liaison with the client

Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Proven modular/offsite construction experience (required)
  • Ability to use IT system
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record
