JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work Maintenance scheduler team leader required in Salford, Manchester. Our client is looking for a planning/scheduling team leader to join the team in Manchester. Prior experience and knowledge of planning is required.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of contact centre operatives

Responsible for daily functional management of the contact centre

Conduct monthly 1 to 1\’s

Maintain training documentation, requirements, and need analysis

Support management on roll out of any agreed processes

Ensure correct compliance processes are followed

Requirements for the role

3+ years experience in contact centre environment

Experience in leadership roles previously

Ability to prioritise workload effectively

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to lead a team in rapidly changing environment
