They are currently looking for an experienced Roofer to join their Property Team in the Southampton area. This is a mobile role, and you will be provided with a company van and fuel card for business use, ensuring you are never out of pocket.

The role:
As a Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance to our client's housing stock and other properties as required. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing repairs to pitched roofing systems
- Installing and repairing lead valleys, flashings, and box gutters
- Carrying out full roof covering renewals
- Installing and replacing guttering systems
- Working safely at height and maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards
About you:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing OR a minimum of 5 years' trade experience
- Experience working in occupied properties with excellent customer service skills
- Strong awareness of health and safety best practices
- Confident using mobile technology (iPad or PDA)
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
