Roofer\\n\\nLocation: Southampton\\n Salary: £32,000 – £34,440 (depending on experience)\\n Contract Type: Permanent\\n Hours: 40 hours per week\\n\\nOur client is a leading housing provider committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes and maintaining safe, comfortable communities. You'll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\nCompleting repairs to pitched roofing systems\\n\\nInstalling and repairing lead valleys, flashings, and box gutters\\n\\nCarrying out full roof covering renewals\\n\\nInstalling and replacing guttering systems\\n\\nWorking safely at height and maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards\\n\\nAbout you\\n\\nNVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing OR a minimum of 5 years' trade experience\\n\\nExperience working in occupied properties with excellent customer service skills\\n\\nStrong awareness of health and safety best practices\\n\\nConfident using mobile technology (iPad or PDA)\\n\\nTeam player with a proactive attitude\\n\\nFull UK driving licence
