We are recruiting an experienced Plumber to carry out first‑fix plumbing works on wet‑rooms within social housing properties across the Rochdale area. This is a temporary to permanent role offering long‑term stability, a company vehicle and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • First‑fix plumbing on wet‑room installations in social housing
  • Installing and routing pipework to specification and compliance standards
  • Working alongside other trades during bathroom and wet‑room refurbishments
  • Completing job sheets and reporting progress accurately

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
  • Experience working on social housing properties
