We are recruiting an experienced Joiner to carry out 1st-fix joinery works on wet-rooms and associated duties within social housing properties across the Rochdale area. This role offers long-term stability, a company vehicle and bonus opportunities for reliable, high-quality tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st-fix joinery on wet-room installations within social housing properties
- Fitting studwork, noggins and structural supports to prepare wet-rooms for plumbing and finishing trades
- Installing door frames, casings and basic timber components as required
- Working alongside other trades during bathroom and wet-room refurbishments
- Completing job sheets and reporting progress accurately to supervisors
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry & Joinery
- Experience working on social housing properties
- Strong 1st-fix joinery and wet-room preparation experience
- Full UK driving licence (van provided)
- Ability to work independently and professionally in occupied homes
