We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor construction organisation in Portsmouth. The organisation focuses mainly on delivering new build developments and highly complex refurbishments on both private and public sector projects.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing and tender submissions.
- Manage estimates and cost plans.
- Handle valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Ensure projects remain commercially viable and delivered on time.
Role:
- Mainly office based in Portsmouth, with occasional travel to site.
- Quantity Surveyor background, ideally with a mixed sector construction company, which includes new build and refurbishments.
- Strong knowledge of commercial management and tendering.
- Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
