Project Management position with a Construction Consultancy in Birmingham. We are looking for a Project Manager, with at least 2-3 years construction project management experience, to join a highly successful, independently owned Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham.
This firm has a well established team of experienced Project Managers working on projects for clients in sectors such as hotels, private residential and student accommodation. Many of their projects are sizeable new builds with large contract values although there are also smaller fitouts and refurbishment schemes alongside these.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a broad spectrum of experience across the full project life cycle. You will be working alongside Senior team members delivering a full pre and post contract service to clients from taking the initial brief through to completion. It is great experience for someone looking to build on around 2-3 years Construction Project Management experience.
Our client offers a great team working environment and actively supports ongoing professional development at all levels. Ideally you will be from a client side / consultancy background within Construction. You must also have a good recent degree in Construction Management or similar. A full UK driving license is also a must, equally you must also already be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre.
