Manage multiple commercial soft flooring projects across South London and the South East from pre-start through to completion.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, site programmes and project schedules to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, suppliers and installation teams while attending regular site and progress meetings.
Oversee the installation of carpet, vinyl, LVT, safety flooring and other commercial flooring systems to the highest quality standards.
Monitor project costs, variations, health & safety compliance and overall commercial performance across all live projects.
Ideally candidates will have previous experience within commercial flooring or CAT A / CAT B fit-out environments, with the ability to read drawings and specifications.
Applicants should be based within or around South London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire or Oxfordshire due to the company’s operational coverage across these regions.
