Gas Safe Plumber - Ongoing Contract Walsall & West Bromwich We\'re looking for a qualified Gas Safe Plumber to join our team on an ongoing basis. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing and heating systems across a range of properties, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the flexibility to support occasional on-call or seasonal shifts. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair water supply, sanitation, drainage, and central heating systems Service piped systems, including drainage and closed-loop heating circuits Test and commission systems to ensure efficiency and safety compliance Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and work completed Support colleagues across the maintenance team when required Follow all company health & safety protocols, including COSHH and building regulations Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties as needed Carry out other duties within the scope of the role, as directed by management What We\'re Looking For City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing (6089) - Essential Unvented Hot Water Systems certification - Essential Proven experience in plumbing installations and maintenance Strong understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations Familiarity with current building regulations Gas Safety certification - Essential Gold JIB Card - Preferred Full, clean UK driving licence Own hand tools and transport Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude To apply, please submit your up to date CV and Shannen will be in touch if suitable
