We're looking for a Plastering Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor working across North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a trades-person with a strong plastering background who has experience leading teams on residential refurbishment projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of plastering teams on occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensure high standards of work and adherence to health & safety regulations
- Liaise with tenants, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Order materials and manage job progress to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality checks and snagging as required
Requirements:
- Solid background in plastering - ideally time-served or NVQ-qualified
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience within a social housing or refurbishment environment
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
