We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our team in Wolverhampton, focusing on the repair and maintenance of council properties. You will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep and safety of residential homes, providing high-quality plastering services to a wide range of properties across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of plastering work including skimming, rendering, patch repairs, and plasterboard installation.
- Respond to maintenance and repair requests from tenants, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
- Work on both occupied and vacant council properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within a social housing or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and colleagues.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
