Plumber required for a leading Facilities Management company to carry out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance on a large commercial building in Lerwick, Shetland. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Plumber to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with excellent benefits, stability and opportunities for progression.

This role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (38.75 hours per week), with participation in an on-call rota.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
  • Fault finding and repairs on plumbing systems
  • Maintenance of hot and cold-water systems
  • General pipework repairs and installations
  • Supporting compliance and health
