Job Title: Multiskilled Carpenter Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: West London and Surrounding Areas Salary: £19-£21 per hour We have an opportunity for a Multiskilled Carpenter to join our client\’s responsive maintenance team in West London and surrounding areas. They are looking for experienced Carpenters, who also possess skills in other trades, to join their growing teams and the exciting projects. Responsibilities: The primary focus will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident\’s properties Achieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanship Manage the resident\’s expectation and ensure to provide a follow-on service Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism. Requirements: Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector. Core strength trade background in Carpentry, with skills in other trades A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is required City & Guilds or NVQ in Carpentry Benefits: The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
