Salary: £19.00 – £21.00 per hour

We are looking for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking all types of plastering repairs, alongside additional trades such as tiling and decorating, ensuring high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
2. Responding to reactive maintenance requests and planned works in a timely manner.
3. Ensuring all work is completed to health and safety standards and complies with regulations.
4. Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives.
5. Using a PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.

Requirements:

1. Full UK Driving Licence (manual).
2. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (preferred).
