We’re seeking a multi skilled operative to join the responsive repairs team of a not-for-profit housing association, helping to maintain affordable homes. This multi skilled operative would need core experience in either Plumbing, Carpentry or Plastering, with good knowledge and skills in other trades., * Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.

The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
