About us: Daniel Owen is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of quality, temporary and permanent workers to all roles in the Built Environment. Working with some of the UK's largest and most respected construction, maintenance and engineering companies.
This is a mobile position, covering the Dorset region. You will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as:
- Patch repairs
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Painting and decorating
You will be required to respond to client queries and report any defects to keep the client informed during your visit, as well as working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements. Ensuring regular monitoring and inspections are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance works.
The ideal candidate would be highly self-motivated, have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance, and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds. You will have a full current driving licence, be IT literate for record keeping, and have excellent customer service skills.
