JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work Maintenance scheduler team leader required in Salford, Manchester. Our client is looking for a planning/scheduling team leader to join the team in Manchester. Prior experience and knowledge of planning is required.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of contact centre operatives
  • Responsible for daily functional management of the contact centre
  • Conduct monthly 1 to 1's
  • Maintain training documentation, requirements, and need analysis
  • Support management on roll out of any agreed processes
  • Ensure correct compliance processes are followed

Requirements for the role:

  • 3+ years experience in contact centre environment
  • Experience in leadership roles previously
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lead a team in rapidly changing environment
