JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work Maintenance scheduler team leader required in Salford, Manchester. Our client is looking for a planning/scheduling team leader to join the team in Manchester. Prior experience and knowledge of planning is required.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of contact centre operatives
- Responsible for daily functional management of the contact centre
- Conduct monthly 1 to 1's
- Maintain training documentation, requirements, and need analysis
- Support management on roll out of any agreed processes
- Ensure correct compliance processes are followed
Requirements for the role:
- 3+ years experience in contact centre environment
- Experience in leadership roles previously
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team in rapidly changing environment
