We're looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a dynamic maintenance team in East London. This role is part of a dedicated in-house team delivering responsive and planned maintenance across a portfolio of social housing properties.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking general domestic ground works, including paving, slab laying, tarmac patching, drainage repairs, and fencing.
- Supporting roofing repairs including minor flat or pitched roof patching, guttering, fascias/soffit works.
- Completing basic multi-trade tasks such as brickwork, patch plastering, minor carpentry or tiling.
- Using a PDA to receive or close down jobs, report materials used, and update on follow-up work.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
