We are working with a growing construction business based in London who are looking to appoint a Junior Estimator to support their pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their estimating career who is keen to learn, develop, and progress within a supportive environment.
The Role
As a Junior Estimator, you will work closely with senior members of the estimating team, supporting the preparation of competitive tenders and cost plans across a range of projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates from drawings
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical information
- Supporting the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions
- Maintaining cost databases and assisting with post-tender analysis
