The Position: As a HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications. Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric control systems used for buildings, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Experience and knowledge with Boilers, HTHW, HVAC systems, BMS, and Pressurisation units is essential.
