We are working with a client who is currently working on a small barn conversion. The bricklayers labourer/hod carrier will be working with a small team and needs to have experience in a similar role.

Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work on offer.

The Role - Construction Hod Carrier

  • Assisting Bricklayer on site
  • Ensuring that the bricklayer has a constant source of mortar and bricks to complete the job
  • Knows how to use a mixer as well as knock up mortar by hand
  • Manual labour - includes moving materials
  • Other duties may be included

The construction site

The construction site is on a farm, with a really friendly team who are happy to support each other. The site is not accessible by public transport, so your own vehicle will be required.
