Health and Safety Advisor \\nNorth West London \\n£55K – £60K \\n\\nDaniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing company in the North West London area who are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis to maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for our employees, contractors, and visitors. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities: \\n\\nConduct risk assessments and safety audits across various sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. \\nProvide advice and guidance on health and safety best practices and legal requirements.

\\nDevelop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure they meet current regulations. \\nInvestigate accidents and incidents, ensuring that root causes are identified, and corrective actions are taken. \\nDeliver health and safety training programs to staff and contractors.

Key Knowledge: \\n\\nConstruction industry knowledge \\nSocial housing/Local authority background \\nAt least 2 years of experience in a similar health and safety role. \\nNEBOSH Certificate
