Head of Pre-Construction Delivery South London £60p/h – £65p/h (PAYE) Repairs and Maintenance Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing organisation based in the South London area who are looking for a highly skilled Head of Pre-Construction Delivery to join their team. Responsibilities: Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently. Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases. Manage the procurement process for all project-related items and services. Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness. Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Key Knowledge: A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering.
