Groundworker / Dumper Driver – Solihull Location: Solihull Job Type: Full-time, Temporary/Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker / Dumper Driver to join our team on a construction project in Solihull. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks and be confident operating a forward-tipping dumper. Responsibilities: Carry out a range of groundwork tasks, including drainage, kerbing, and slabbing Operate a forward-tipping dumper safely and efficiently Assist with site preparation, excavation, and reinstatement work Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure projects are completed to a high standard Follow health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket Experience in general groundworks (e.g., drainage, foundations, kerbing) CSCS Card (preferred but not essential) Full UK Driving Licence (preferred) Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
