Job Title: Groundworker Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Housing Repairs and Maintenance Location: London Borough of Ealing Salary: £34,500 – £36,430 per annum We have an opportunity for a Groundworker to deliver a range of groundworks and external repairs to housing properties. Responsibilities: Undertaking general domestic groundworks, including brickwork, paving, concreting, and tarmac repairs. Installing, repairing and maintaining fencing, gates, and garden walls. Performing drainage works, including clearing and repairing domestic drains, gullies, and soakaways. Undertaking hard landscaping tasks, including pathways and patios. Ensuring that the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal/external stakeholders. Processing all activities in association with tasks/works electronically utilising an electrical hand held device.
