My client, an exciting Facilities Management company, is looking for a Fabric Engineer to cover a large commercial building in Deeside. They are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. The ideal candidate will come from an all-round handyperson background. This is a great opportunity with the potential for progression.
This role is permanent, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 8am to 4.30pm; however, flexibility is offered (earlier start if desired). Overtime is available but not mandatory.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Looking after the fabric of the building including:
- Minor Joinery
- Minor plastering
- Painting (touching up)
Requirements for the role:
- Experienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson
- PPM experience
- Multi-skilled
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
