Based in Billericay, this permanent office-based role is Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 17:00pm with a salary of Β£24-27K per annum. This role will be a pivotal position for communication between clients, project management teams, and head office support teams.
Objectives of this role:
- Compile handover packs from estimates and complete pre-start form and send out to relevant parties as required.
- Compile and attend project contract reviews.
- Chase Project Managers for Work In Progress (WIP).
- Ensure project teams adhere to invoicing requirements and chase managers for any outstanding invoicing weekly.
- Compile and ensure monthly applications are submitted to clients and payment certificates are received.
- Communicate with contractors, managers, site-based teams, and head office staff.
