Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Repairs/FRA Supervisor to work with a social housing provider in East London. This role involves overseeing repairs and managing Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have experience working with repairs in social housing, as well as an understanding of fire safety regulations and asbestos reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of contractors to manage general repairs and FRA-related works.
- Reviewing and ensuring completion of all Fire Risk Assessment remedial actions.
- Reviewing asbestos reports and ensuring that all works comply with asbestos safety protocols.
- Coordinating and scheduling repair works, ensuring timely and effective completion.

- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and management to ensure smooth delivery of works.
