We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter with uPVC expertise to join a busy Reactive Maintenance Team on a temporary basis. This mobile role covers multiple locations across North and Central London, working primarily in residential properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out window repairs (single and double glazing)
- Door repairs and installations, including lock replacements and adjustments
- General carpentry maintenance tasks (internal and external)
- Delivering high-quality work with a right first-time approach
You will begin your day from home and travel to jobs assigned via a handheld device.
What's Provided:
- Company van (for business use)
- Uniform and PPE
- Mobile working setup
Working Hours:
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime, call-outs, and out-of-hours work.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong carpentry and uPVC experience (NVQ or equivalent preferred)
- Experience within maintenance, housing, or site environments
