We are currently seeking a DBS-checked Labourer to join our dedicated site team on a project in the Reading (RG1) area. This is a great opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team on an active construction site.

About the Role

As a Labourer on site, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting tradespeople with various tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Clearing and disposing of waste materials
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as required
  • Supporting the smooth running of site operations under the direction of the Site Manager

Health and safety is a top priority, so we are looking for someone who is alert, responsible, and committed to best practices on site.

Requirements

Due to the nature of the site (a school environment), the following are essential:

  • Valid DBS certificate
  • CSCS card
  • Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Previous experience working on construction sites or within a building environment
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must
