Air Conditioning Engineer required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance. Our client is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team on a mobile basis in Darlington (covering 2 sites). This role will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers. This role will be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Overtime and On call available.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Planned and preventative maintenance
  • Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
  • Ensure that PPM and Reactive jobs are processed, and defects are diagnosed, and faults are repaired and tested
  • Carrying out work safely and efficiently
  • Building relationships with customers on site
  • Air Handling Units
  • Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes
  • Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment, including F-Gas
  • Control systems

Requirements for the role:

  • Experienced Air Conditioning engineer
  • Multi Skilled
  • Fgas

On offer is a competitive salary of £40,000 per year depending on experience. Overtime and On call also available as well as opportunities to progress.
