We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handyman to join our clients team in Swindon. This role will involve working with a social housing contractor to complete a variety of tasks across residential properties, including new builds, refurbishments, and general maintenance.
As a Carpenter/Handyman, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Carrying out door undercuts
- Installing trickle vents into UPVC windows
- Blocking up vents
- General maintenance work
Requirements:
- NVQ in Carpentry
- Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
