A contracts manager is required for a fit-out project based in London. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking contracts manager to work on a building and construction project accessible by transport links.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract management, reviewing, negotiating, and administrating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Project coordination, ensuring fit-out projects meet contractual, financial, and quality standards whilst staying on schedule.
- Cost control and budgeting, managing project costs, minimizing financial risks, and ensuring profitability.
- Ensuring the required safety procedures are followed and meeting health and safety standards.
- Liaising with project managers regularly and providing detailed reports of progress on site.
- Compliance and regulations, ensuring adherence to legal, safety, and industry standards.
- Risk management, identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
- Communication and organization, coordinating with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Conflict resolution, handling contractual disputes and ensuring claims are managed properly.
