We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading main contractor construction organisation in Portsmouth. The organisation focuses mainly on delivering new build developments and highly complex refurbishments on both private and public sector projects.
Role:
- Heading multiple construction projects, requiring leadership and strategy
- Travelling to site, all of which will be within an hour of travel from Portsmouth
- Set up and lead projects from the front, including the planning and procurement, programmes, resources and contract agreements.
- Manage budgets, compliance, client relationships to deliver optimum service
- Provide support and training for Site Managers
You must have a previous track record as a Contracts Manager and proof of success, ideally with a multi discipline main contractor. Able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills.
