Contract Coordinator Based in Essex Permanent Office based (Apply online only) £28-30K dependent on experience Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule engineers for planned and reactive works across multiple contracts. Liaise with clients to arrange site visits, confirm access, and provide job updates. Manage job sheets, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support the Contract Manager with contract administration, renewals, and performance tracking. Maintain excellent customer service standards – handling calls and emails professionally and efficiently. Monitor and update internal systems to track progress, deadlines, and KPIs. About You Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, and administration, ideally within the fire, facilities management, or construction sector. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
