Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing company in the Tower Hamlets area who are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team on a 9 month contract basis. They are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure that our projects and operations comply with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Senior Asset Officer in collating data for Building Safety Cases
- To have a key role in the creation of monthly compliance dashboard reports
- To produce data driven reports that identify trends and performance on all aspects of asset information management as required
- To work with colleagues across the department on compliance related projects and specifically the implementation of the Building Safety Regime
- To maintain robust information management systems for all areas of compliance including maintaining the golden thread for building safety cases
- To maintain the documentation for our statutory compliance programmes for fire risk, asbestos, water hygiene, electrical testing and LOLER
- To maintain the compliance related data in NEC Risk Management and Servicing
- To maintain compliance related master trackers
- To produce regular compliance analyses
- To assist with updating the use of Active Plan system for our high-rise blocks
- To assist with enquiries coming into the team inbox
Key Knowledge:
- Construction industry knowledge
- Social housing/Local authority background
- Principles of managing Building Safety compliance and the Building Safety Act 2022
- Experience of using NEC Housing

- Hybrid: 2 days based in the office
- Working hours: 9am-5pm
