A Client Accountant is required for a well-established residential estate agency based in London West End. Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the financial operations of their residential lettings portfolio. This role is ideal for someone experienced in client accounting within the property sector and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

What does the Client Accountant role entail?

  • Managing all client money transactions in line with industry regulations and internal controls
  • Allocating tenant rent payments, monitoring arrears, and ensuring timely landlord disbursements
  • Processing contractor and supplier invoices, verifying instructions, and preparing payment runs
  • Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple client accounts
