Cleaning Supervisor

Cleaners Required Job Type: Temp to Perm Start date: ASAP Location: Speke Salary: £12.75 – £13.00 per hour We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Speke. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in day-to-day cleaning operations. Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:30pm (1-hour unpaid break) *One weekend per month (rota basis) Key Responsibilities: Supervising and supporting the on-site cleaning team Hands-on cleaning duties to maintain high standards Creating and managing staff rotas Stock taking and ordering cleaning supplies Providing and arranging training for new hires Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to specification About You: Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role Hands-on, reliable, and well organised Confident managing rotas, stock and training Able to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a stable, ongoing role.
