We are looking for a Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, and door/window installations.
Completing general maintenance work such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting.
Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties.
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives.
Using an electronic hand held PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work. Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (preferred)Benefits:
