We\βre recruiting for a skilled Carpenter Multi-Trade to provide high-quality, customer-focused service, delivering a range of multi-trade and carpentry works within the major works department. This role will cover various properties across the London Borough of Hounslow.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a range of carpentry and multi-trade works, including but not limited to all wet trades such as plastering, carpentry, decorating (both externally and internally), and tiling, using the schedule of rates.
Completing full repairs and maintenance services to a high specification and quality standard, adhering to contract specifications.
Planning each job and ensuring the required materials are available to complete the work within the scheduled time frame.
Maintaining the achievement of 100% customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.
Displaying a high level of customer care when interacting with tenants and leaseholders, contributing positively to a customer-focused service.
Ensuring all tools, materials, and any associated debris are removed from sites are repairs, leaving homes and communal areas in a clean and tidy state. Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in CarpentryBenefits:
