Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Carpenter Multi to join their Property Team in the Oxfordshire area. As the role involves travel, a van and fuel card will be provided.

What You\βll Do:
As a Carpenter Multi , you will carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance work in occupied and void properties as part of the Responsive Repairs Team. Tasks will include:

1st and 2nd fix carpentry

Installation of internal and external doors, door frames, and windows

UPVC servicing and installation

Locksmith work, including gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling, and picking

Installation and repair of all types of fencing (feather edge, chain link, panels, etc.)

Kitchen fitting and minor joinery tasks

Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and other general repairs
