Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound telephone and email enquiries from tenants of housing associations and local authorities.
  • Log all communications accurately, ensuring records are kept up to date.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine inspections and small works for engineers, maintaining a smooth daily workflow.
  • Monitor and update customer portals with job progress and completion notes.
  • Handle queries from both customers and field engineers, providing timely information and follow-up.
  • Assist Contract Managers with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure contractual obligations and service levels are met.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role, ideally within housing, compliance, engineering services or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and courteous manner.
