We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for an experienced Site Manager to work on Modular projects for a modular/offsite company. This role will involve working away (expenses paid), and is working for a growing company with an ever increasing pipeline of work.
For this role, you must hold SMSTS and First Aid. Modular experience is desirable.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering all construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies
- Working to RAMS
- Monitoring quality and progress
- Coordinating direct and indirect (subcontractor) personnel
- Leading and delivering against the project programme
- Liaison with internal departments
- Ensuring high-quality records / reports / paperwork are maintained and completed in a timely fashion
- Regular liaison and site updates with the Contracts Manager
- Regular liaison with the client
Requirements for the role:
- SMSTS
- First Aid Certificate
- Proven modular/offsite construction experience (required)
- Ability to use IT system
- Ability to work as a team
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record
